The history of our nation is infused by an immigrant experience that was built upon the great foundations established by strong Native American nations, and our region and our two colleges reflect this reality abundantly. The immigrant experience is our pride and our strength. Living it, sharing it, and understanding it is our value-added benefit. We honor the endurance, changes and adaptation intrinsic to the immigrant experience and value it as an asset, as it makes us strong.
