On behalf of the dedicated men and women of the San José/Evergreen Community College District Police Department it is my pleasure to welcome you to San José City College and Evergreen Valley Community College.  The District Police Department is committed to providing a safe and secure learning environment in which our faculty and staff can prepare our students for academic success now and career challenges in the future.  The women and men of the District Police Department are a diverse blend of professionals who are committed to the highest standards of professionalism and service.  Each member is dedicated to making San José/Evergreen campuses the safest place to work for faculty, staff, students and visitors.

The safety and well being of our students, faculty, staff and visitors is our paramount priority.  We are committed to building collaborative partnerships for the betterment of our entire community.  As members of the San José/Evergreen campus community we all share the responsibility of maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
