Soccer field addition, completed December 2001
- This project was planned to meet the growing demand of interest shown by students. The existing athletic fields were inadequate and unable to meet the needs of the instructional program. The new state of the art facility, that includes a synthetic turf field not only meets the need of the program, but has also become a local attraction. This facility will ultimately become an integral part of the college’s athletic master plan.
- This field was completed in December 2001 and cost: $1.8 million dollars, with proceeds from lease revenue and Measure I. Thank you voters of San José!
