Northeast Quadrant project, which included a parking structure and new central utility plant, completed in August 2002
- Designed to house the central utility functions of the campus, the central utilities plant houses the systems infrastructure for all heating, ventilation and cooling for all new facilities, and was completed in August 2002.
- This facility cost $2.4 million with 100 percent of funding provided by Measure I. Thank you voters of San José!
