Library/Learning Resources Center, completed in June 2003
- The new Library/Learning Resources Center is the first instructional support facility to be constructed at San José City College in 20 years. The new library replaces a facility that was not code compliant and was unable to support current technology. The Learning Resources Center provides students with valuable instructional support and includes a large open computer lab, a special disabled student computer lab along with reading, writing and math labs.
- The facility was operational in the summer of 2003. Ninety-five percent of funds were provided by the State of California, with the remaining five percent Measure I funds. Thank you voters of San José!
